A. Training sessions are conducted at organized locations convenient for your staff or directly on-site at your business if preferred.
Q. How long does a typical course last?
A. The duration depends on the chosen program and amount of trainees and trainers availability. We offer intensive 6 and 12 days courses, as well as extended training options.
Q. What language courses do you offer?
A. We currently offer English with a focus on hospitality-specific skills. Chinese curriculum is yet to be perfected and will be available soon. You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified in the future.
Q. What is the cost of the training program?
A. Pricing varies based on the course length, group size, and specific requirements. As stated in the “Courses” page, estimated price per staff is 1.2 mil IDR, as for packages the prices start from 3mil IDR. Contact us for a detailed quote.
Q. Do you provide any certification upon course completion?
A. Yes, participants receive a certificate of completion, which demonstrates their improved language and service skills. Our curriculum is also to receive a seal of quality from FIBAA in the near future.
