Q. Where are the training sessions held?
A. Private 1:1 speaking lessons with a trainer are conducted online. Group training sessions are conducted directly on-site at your business location. Despite the far distance and staff schedule, our platform allows to accomodate the needs of all our clients, reachable and unreachable by transport.
Q. How long does a typical course last?
A. The duration depends on the chosen subscription, trainees schedule, language level, and trainers availability. Since language learning requires consistency and time, to achieve better results we recommend setting realistic time period of 6-12months.
Q. What language courses do you offer?
A. We currently offer English and Mandarin with a focus on hospitality-specific skills. Other language curriculum is yet to be perfected and will be available soon.
Q. What is the cost of the training program?
A. Pricing varies based on the subscription choice and additional offline groups sessions, or specific requirements. Kindly check “Services” page or contact us for a detailed quote.
Q. Do you provide any certification upon course completion?
A. Yes, participants receive a certificate of completion, which demonstrates their improved language and service skills. Our curriculum is also to receive a seal of quality from FIBAA in the near future.
