This module briefly introduces staff to the differences between phrases such as 'Are you,' 'Do you,' 'Can I,' 'Could you,' 'Would you,' and 'Have you.' and etc. By exploring these essential question forms and lists of daily and professional verbs, we lay a strong foundation for fluency in communication. Mastering these phrases will enhance clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
Hospitality is not just what you say, but how you say it. This module sets the foundation for developing clear pronunciation, confident tone (rising and falling intonation for questions and statements), and positive body language to make every guest interaction natural and professional.
This module builds communication confidence with foreigners through natural conversation and attentive listening helping staff to feel less intimidated. Traineeslearn how to engage guests from diverse backgrounds with warmth, respect, and curiosity. Developing authentic connection leads to memorable experiences and returning customers.
This module trains F&B staff to describe dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods in a way that informs and delights guests, making it hard not to try. Trainees practice explaining allergens, dietary options, and chef’s special concept with clarity and enthusiasm.
This module teaches how communication can increase revenue, by using the right phrases, suggesting additional items with confidence and care. Trainees practice persuasive yet natural language to highlight promotions, upgrades, or special products. The focus is on increasing revenue while maintaining sincerity and enhancing the overall guest experience.
This module teaches participants practical techniques for managing difficult situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Through role plays, they practice language for apologizing, offering solutions, handle feedback constructively and restoring guest satisfaction. The practice empowers staff to turn complaints into opportunities for positive impressions.
This module equips staff with useful phrases that indirectly invite guests to share positive reviews without sounding too pushy, while avoiding average or negative reviews. The practice strengthens visibility and reputation of the business, supporting continues improvement.
This speech-enrichment-focused module enhances fluency, vocabulary range and polite expressions. Trainees practice restating questions and statements naturally and confidently, avoiding repetitive phrases. The result is more polished , expressive, improving overall communication style and sounding less rehearsed.
This module particularly helps front and back office to maintain more professional and formal written language to set a good impression on guests and business partners. They practice basic email structure (greetings, purpose, details, closing, sign off), explore common message content (confirmation, info and doc request, follow ups) and internal communication.
In order for housekeepers and security staff to help guests and handle any possible complaint and request, it is important to know basic items vocabulary. That is what this module is about! (Other staff categories have basic products and items lists in the upselling module)
